Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Our promise if you are not happy with your care.

Our Satisfaction PromiseWe do not give refunds. But if you are not happy, we give you a free follow-up consultation with our doctor.
1. No refunds
- All payments made to Punsatva are non-refundable. This includes consultation fees, treatment plans and medicine orders.
- Every treatment plan is personal. Medicines are made and packed for your case, and doctor time is reserved for you, so we are not able to return money once a payment is made.
2. Not satisfied? Get a free consultation
- If you are not happy with your consultation or your results, we will give you a free follow-up consultation with our doctor.
- In this consultation, the doctor will review your progress, find out what is not working and change your plan if needed.
- To ask for it, contact us within 30 days of your consultation or order, with your name, phone number and order or report ID.
3. Why results take time
- Ayurvedic treatment works on the root cause, so it takes time. Results are different for every person, based on age, health history and lifestyle.
- Please follow the medicines, diet and routine your doctor gives you, and stay in touch with our team for the best results.
4. Damaged, wrong or missing products
- If you get a damaged, wrong or missing product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos or a video, your order number, and keep the product sealed in its original packaging.
- After checking, we will send you a free replacement.
5. Opened products
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used medicines cannot be returned or replaced.
6. Cancelling a booking
- If you cannot attend your consultation, tell us at least 2 hours before the time. We will move it to another slot for free.
