Shipping & Delivery Policy
How and when your Punsatva medicines reach you.

1. Where we deliver
- We deliver across India.
- For some international locations, you can check availability at checkout or ask our support team.
2. Shipping charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹500 in India.
- Orders below ₹500 have a delivery charge of ₹50.
- International charges depend on the country and package weight. You will see the exact amount at checkout.
3. When we send your order
- We usually pack and send your order within 1–2 working days after it is confirmed.
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are sent on the next working day.
- If there is a delay, we will tell you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
4. How long delivery takes
- India: 3–7 working days.
- International: 7–15 working days.
- Customs and local delivery rules can sometimes add extra days.
5. Tracking your order
- Once your order is sent, we share the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- You can also track it on the courier partner's website.
6. Private packaging
- All orders are sent in plain, simple packaging. There is no mention of the treatment or condition on the outside of the box.
7. Possible delays
- Delivery can sometimes be delayed because of bad weather, customs checks, courier problems or transport issues. We will keep you informed.
8. Wrong or incomplete address
- Please check your address and phone number before placing the order.
- If the courier cannot deliver because of a wrong or incomplete address, we will contact you and arrange to send it again. Extra delivery charges may apply.
9. Damaged or missing items
- If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send your order number and clear photos or a video of the package and items.
- After checking, we will send a replacement for the damaged or missing item at no cost.
