  • You must give true and complete information about yourself and your health.

3. Our medical services

  • Our consultations and treatment plans are given by qualified doctors, based on the information you share.
  • Our online assessment is a health check to guide you. It is not a medical diagnosis.
  • Our services do not replace emergency care. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 112.
  • Please tell the doctor about any illness you have and any medicines you take. Do not stop any prescribed medicine without asking your doctor.
  • Results are different for every person and are not guaranteed.

4. Consultations and bookings

  • You can book an online or clinic consultation through our website, WhatsApp or phone.
  • Please join or arrive on time. If you need to change the time, tell us at least 2 hours before.
  • Your consultation is private and confidential.

5. Prices and payments

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are made through secure payment partners. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • We may change prices or offers at any time. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay.

  • Orders are delivered as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or details look incorrect. If you have already paid in that case, we will help you with a replacement product or a free consultation.
